As a native New Yorker with southern roots Fela’s experience extends over the course of 30 years encompassing not only real estate but also credit improvement, debt management and mortgage lending. She is a broker in charge and realtor licensed to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina, MRP certified (Military Relocation Professional), Probate Specialist, SFR certified (Short Sale and Foreclosure), FreddieMac credit Smart Certified. Her unwavering commitment to the betterment of her community is evident in her multifaceted service. She serves as an Ad Hoc judge with the Board of Equalization and Review, now in her third term. Additionally, she holds the role of Chief Judge with the Board of Elections and dedicates her spare time to working as a substitute teacher. All the while working on building a nonprofit with the goal of educating the community and assisting in the purchase of affordable housing.
